Please read these terms carefully before using Tail Track. By using our service, you agree to be bound by them.
By accessing or using Tail Track ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Tail Track. These terms apply to all users including dog owners, trainers, and any other visitors.
Tail Track is a dog training journal and progress tracking platform that allows users to log training sessions, set goals, monitor behavioral patterns, and optionally connect with professional dog trainers. The Service is available via web and mobile applications.
To use certain features of Tail Track, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Tail Track, including training logs, notes, photos, and goals ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Tail Track a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will never sell your User Content or share it with third parties without your consent.
Tail Track may allow you to connect with professional dog trainers. These connections are voluntary and initiated by you. Tail Track does not employ trainers and is not responsible for the advice, feedback, or services provided by any trainer you choose to connect with. Always use your own judgment when following training guidance.
You agree not to use Tail Track to harass, abuse, or harm others; post false or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Tail Track is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Training outcomes vary by dog, owner, and environment — results are not guaranteed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tail Track and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of progress records, or outcomes related to dog training.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of Tail Track after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Tail Track shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
