• With Service providers: Trusted vendors that help with hosting, analytics, or email communications.

• During a Business transfer: If Tail Track merges, is acquired, or reorganizes, your data may transfer with the business assets.

Trainer Accounts

If you choose to purchase a Trainer Account ($50/month via Apple In-App Purchase), your subscription will be managed by Apple under your App Store account. Trainers can access enhanced tools to manage clients and share resources. Trainers can only view client data when clients explicitly connect and grant access. Disconnection removes trainer access immediately.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and update your account information
• Request deletion of your data or account
• Export your training journal data
• Withdraw consent for trainer access
• Opt out of promotional emails (if applicable)

If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our servers (subject to Apple’s transaction retention policies) .

Children's Privacy

Tail Track is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from children. If you believe a child has provided information through our App, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will appear within the App and on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
